Asynchronous motor structure identification<\/h2>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 25px; padding: 0 15px;\">\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2em;\">The three-phase asynchronous motor is a much used electrical equipment on board. It is a device that utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2em;\">Three-phase asynchronous motor consists of two main parts: stator and rotor. The stator includes: shell, stator core, stator winding, end cover and so on. The rotor includes: rotor core, rotor winding, shaft and so on. Rotor winding can be divided into two types of squirrel cage and wirewound. Shell:<\/strong>It is used to protect and fix the stator winding of three-phase asynchronous motor, and its appearance is cast with heat sink to increase the heat dissipation area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Stator core:<\/strong>It is made of thin silicon steel sheets laminated together. Stator windings:<\/strong>Each winding is a phase, and each winding differs in space by an electrical angle of 120\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. End caps:<\/strong>The end caps hold the rotor in the center of the stator cavity, allowing the rotor to rotate evenly in the stator.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"background: #f9f9f9; padding: 20px; border-radius: 8px; border-top: 4px solid #ef9308;\">\n<h3 style=\"color: #1f365c; margin-top: 0; font-size: 18px;\">(ii) Rotor section<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1. Rotor core:<\/strong>The rotor core is used to house the rotor windings as part of the motor's magnetic circuit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Asynchronous motor disassembly<\/h2>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 25px; padding: 0 15px;\">\n<h3 style=\"color: #1f365c; border-bottom: 2px solid #eee; padding-bottom: 8px;\">(i) Motor disassembly steps<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 15px;\">When it is necessary to inspect and treat the motor windings, inspect, replace or oil the bearings, treat the motor insulation, and clean the inside of the motor, it is necessary to disassemble (disassemble) the motor. The steps are:<\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #fff; border: 1px solid #ddd; padding: 20px; border-radius: 8px;\">(1) Disconnect motor, remove power cord, mark and wrap cord with tape.<br \/>\n(2) Remove the foot screws (if the coupling is belt-driven or screw-connected, remove the belt or connecting screws).<br \/>\n(3) Move the motor to a spacious, clean, and bright place, and take care of the related devices.<br \/>\n(4) Pull down the coupling or pulley with a puller and remove the air cover and fan.<br \/>\n(5) Mark between the end cap and the housing and remove the front bearing cover (if any) and the front end cap (coupling end). When disassembling, if there is a top wire hole, screws should be used to symmetrically top out the end cover; if there is no top wire hole, a brass rod or wood can be used to gently and symmetrically beat down the end cover. Bearing mounting<\/h4>\n<p>Bearings that are checked and deemed ready for further use should be installed back on the shaft. The journal should be checked before installation, the journal must be smooth and clean, without rust, cracks, burrs, pockmarks and other scars, if there is a slight corrosion, can be used to lighten gently with fine gauze. Commonly used installation methods include the punch-in method and the hot set method.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(1) The punch-in method:<\/strong>Stand the rotor upright and place a cork board underneath it, smear a layer of oil on the journal, put the bearing on, put a suitable metal tube against the inner ring of the bearing, and gently tap the tube with a hammer until the bearing reaches the specified position. Installation of electric motors<\/h4>\n<p>The installation process for electric motors is the opposite of the dismantling process, i.e., what is removed first is installed later.<\/p>\n<div style=\"display: grid; grid-template-columns: 1fr 1fr; gap: 20px;\">\n<div style=\"background: #fff; border: 1px solid #ddd; padding: 15px; border-radius: 8px;\"><strong>(1) Installation steps:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2460 Install the bearing on the rotor; \u2461 Install the rear end cover on the rotor; \u2462 Install the rotor and tighten the rear end cover screws initially; \u2463 Install the front end cover; \u2464 Coil the rotor; \u2465 Tighten the screws; \u2466 Install the wind blades and wind cover; \u2467 Install the coupling.<\/div>\n<div style=\"background: #fff; border: 1px solid #ddd; padding: 15px; border-radius: 8px;\"><strong>(2) Post-assembly inspection:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2460 The coupling must be correctly aligned, not twisted, and the cushion must be indispensable.<br \/>\n\u2461 Reliable electrical connection should be made between the motor and the hull, and insulating materials should not be used as gaskets.<br \/>\n\u2462 Fixing screws should be tightened and rotated flexibly.<br \/>\n\u2463 Perform steering, no-load, and load tests.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 30px; background: #fff8e6; border: 1px solid #ffeeba; padding: 25px; border-radius: 12px;\">\n<h4 style=\"color: #856404; margin-top: 0;\">(3) Assembly Precautions<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u2460 Do not make a mistake in assembling the product according to the markings made at the time of disassembly. \u2461 Do not leave foreign objects inside. \u2462 Use the correct tools and screws. Tighten the screws symmetrically to protect the stops and maintain concentricity. \u2464 Do not damage the winding. \u2465 Do not use hard metal such as hammer to strike the bearing, and soft metal pads are required to strike the end cap. The direction of the front and rear end caps should not be mistaken. Tighten the screws according to the symmetrical direction successively.
