The management of ship technical data is an important basic work of ship management. Effective management of technical data can play a strong supportive role to ship safety management, and has a direct and close connection to ship repair, emergency response to accidents, and daily spare parts ordering. The activities or applications, exchanges, etc. in the work of electronic electrician need to use all kinds of correspondence, documents and record forms, which are all basically in the form of reports or forms at present.<\/p>\n

(i) Periodic reporting category<\/h4>\n

The main reports sent to the company's safety and technical department or to the supervisor of the machine department are:Electrical Annual Maintenance Plan, Electrical Monthly Maintenance Test Maintenance Plan, Electronic Electrician Sailing Reports<\/strong>. Although there are software outputs such as CWBT or Sea Master SMIS, managers are still required to come up with annual plans based on actual conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
