1. Schools strictly implement the Ministry of Education and the provincial admission authorities on admission policies and regulations, enrollment work in accordance with the principle of “fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive assessment, merit-based admissions”.

Conditions and requirements for admission to the international cruise ship crew management program: height above 4000px for girls and 4250px for boys; decent features, no tattoos, no obvious scars on the face, neck and hands, clear speech, no color blindness or color weakness.
VIII. Academic structure and qualifications
The academic program lasts three years. Candidates who have passed the required years of study and passed the grades will be awarded a diploma registered by the Ministry of Education, and the academic diploma is of higher grade. According to the regulations of the State Maritime Administration, students majoring in seafaring can take the national unified examination for the certificate of competency of third mate, third officer and electronic electrician of the corresponding seagoing vessels.
IX. Tuition
According to the spirit of "Notice on Regulating and Adjusting the Tuition Fee of Public Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Zhejiang Price Fei [2014] No. 240)" of Zhejiang Price Bureau, Zhejiang Department of Finance and Zhejiang Department of Education, approved by the price department, the tuition fee for three-year higher vocational education in our school is RMB 6,000/year for five majors of Navigation Technology, Marine Engineering Technology, Logistic Management, Business English, and Applied English; RMB 16,000/year for the tuition fee of China-Ukraine Cooperative Education Program; and RMB 6,600/year for the rest of the majors.
