I. Age Requirements
18 years of age or older, but not older than 65.
II. Registration Requirements
Crew members who have completed registration and hold a seafarer’s service book are classified as international crew members if registered for unlimited navigation zones, and as domestic crew members if registered for coastal navigation zones.
III. Health Requirements
Meet the health requirements specified in the *Health Examination Requirements for Seafarers* (GB 30035-2013). Obtain a medical certificate issued by a medical examination agency.
