(1) Eight autopilot units, which do not interfere with each other during training. If the autopilot in the ship handling simulator meets the requirements, it may be substituted.
(2) The steering gear shall provide automatic, manual, and emergency steering modes with interchangeable operation. During vessel steering, it shall display rudder angle, provide heading indications from both the electric compass and magnetic compass, and show the relative motion between the compass base and compass dial.
