Ship stowage planning is a meticulous, complex, and critically important task performed prior to cargo loading. It serves as a vital link in ensuring the safety of both ship and cargo, optimizing vessel utilization, organizing loading and unloading operations correctly, and successfully completing cargo transportation. In accordance with the “Competency Examination and Assessment Outline for Seafarers on Seagoing Ships,” Wuhan Yirun Technology Co., Ltd. requires students in the Department of Nautical Technology to independently prepare stowage plans for general cargo ships, use computer software to develop loading plans for container ships and bulk carriers, and verify lashing strength for deck cargo units. To enhance students“ practical skills, our company's freight training laboratory has introduced the ”Container Loading System" and "Solid Bulk Cargo Loading System" software. These systems are approved by the China Maritime Safety Administration and replicate real-world shipping routes and cargo handling. This provides excellent conditions for improving students' practical abilities and passing the Maritime Safety Administration's practical assessment.
