Radar Transponder, Ship Radar Transponder, abbreviation SART
Mainly for the ship service, it receives the signal from the ship's radar, the radar transponder receives the signal and immediately responds and sends back the response signal to the ship, and correctly guides the ship into the harbor, the whole machine includes six major parts: 1) microwave antenna, 2) microwave transmission and reception components, 3) logarithmic detector and frequency identification components, 4) frequency correction and coding and modulation components, 5) computer components, 6) power supply transformer.
Editorial Features
It includes microwave antennas, microwave transmitter and receiver components, logarithmic detector and frequency discriminator components, frequency correction and code modulation components, computer components and power transformers.
Editorial Connectivity and Role
1), the microwave antenna is used for receiving radar signals and transmitting signals to the radar through it; connecting with the circulator, the signals are transmitted in both directions; 2), the microwave transmitting and receiving components include the front-end of the receiver consisting of the circulator, balanced mixer, low-noise front-end intermediate frequency amplifier in sequence, and the transmitter consisting of the voltage-controlled oscillator connected with the multi-stage power amplifier, which is used to transmit signals to the radar transponder when it receives one frequency signal through the microwave antenna. When the radar transponder receives a frequency signal through the microwave antenna, the transmitter interface until the microwave components of the circulator through the mixing into an intermediate frequency signal to the logarithmic detector and frequency identification components; 3), the logarithmic detector and frequency identification components by the logarithmic detector composed of high-stability integrated circuits, the frequency is converted into a voltage discriminator by the wide-band phase detector and the delay cable, the input is connected to the front IF amplifier, the output is connected to the MCU and the A/D converter, the microwave receiver components from the intermediate frequency signal through the microwave antenna. The IF signal from the microwave receiving component is amplified by logarithmic amplifier and frequency discriminator, and the frequency, amplitude and pulse width signals are taken out by the detector circuit and transferred to the CPU microcontroller; 4) Frequency correction and coding and modulation components include the circuit of tracking and intercepting the frequency of the signal, the circuit of real-time correction to the response signal, the circuit of identifying the width of the signal, the circuit of coding and modulation circuit, and the input is connected to the microcontroller, the output is connected to the multi-function power amplifier, which converts the frequency and voltage of the signal into voltage. Power amplifier, the signal frequency, pulse width, amplitude information through the components were used in the same frequency back to the answering signal, the radar antenna to pay the flap signal suppression and back to the signal of the code length (Morse code) of the control; 5), the computer components microcontroller input connected to the pulse width signal, amplitude signals converted by the A/D signal and frequency signals, the output is connected to the voltage-controlled oscillator, encoder generator, and the remote remote-side interface signal Bidirectional transmission, and connected to the power supply department and reset module; 6), the power transformer to provide power supply voltage 9 ~ 36VDC, power supply output connected to the microcontroller and other components.
