描述
Fixed Water Fire Extinguishing System
The maximum operating pressures of this equipment are 0.6 MPa, 1.0 MPa, and 1.6 MPa, respectively. The fire protection water storage capacities are greater than 150 L, 300 L, and 450 L, and the pressure-stabilizing water capacity is greater than 50 L. When used in a fire hydrant system, the flow rate per fire nozzle is 2.5 L/s and 5 L/s, and the effective water column length is 7 m, 10 m, and 13 m; When used in an automatic sprinkler system, the flow rate per sprinkler head is 1.0 L/s, and the head pressure is 0.1 MPa.
This device ensures that the fire protection water supply system maintains the required fire suppression pressure at its most remote point at all times. It utilizes the 30-second supply of fire suppression water constantly stored in the pressurized water tank to guarantee an adequate supply of water for the fire sprinkler system before the fire pump begins operation. By utilizing the operating pressure set in the pressurized water tank, the device controls the pump’s operating conditions to achieve the functions of pressure boosting and pressure stabilization.
3.1 One fire pump, one control panel, one isolation valve, six fire hydrants, six hose cabinets, and six dual-purpose fire nozzles must be installed.
3.2 The fire water supply may be sourced from lake water or the campus fire protection pipeline, with an outlet pressure ranging from 3 kg to 6 kg. Fire hydrants, fire hoses (with a length of no less than 20 m), and fire hose cabinets are distributed across both the upper and lower levels of the fire equipment storage room.
3.3 Fire pumps and isolation valves must have a classification society certificate, and the original certificates must be provided at the time of delivery and acceptance.
3.4 Fire hoses shall be painted in accordance with marine standards.
3.5 Includes installation, commissioning, and auxiliary materials.
