Chapter I. General provisions

According to the Zhejiang Provincial College Admission Committee, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education "on doing a good job in higher vocational education enrollment comprehensive reform of the notice" (Zhejiang Higher Recruitment Committee 〔2010〕 No. 1 document) and Zhejiang Provincial Education and Examination Institute on the issuance of the "Zhejiang Provincial Education and Examination Institute on doing a good job in 2015 in advance of the pilot enrollment of higher education work notice" (Zhejiang Teaching Trial Institute 〔2015〕 No. 5 document) the spirit of the combination of the actual school , specially formulated this charter.

Chapter III. Admission agencies

Zhejiang International Maritime Vocational and Technical College has set up a leading group of higher vocational early enrollment work, is fully responsible for the school early enrollment work, the development of enrollment policies, determine the enrollment plan, and decide on major issues related to enrollment. Chapter V. Entry requirements

I. Graduates in arts and sciences of general high schools who have the qualification to apply for the 2016 unified examination for enrollment in ordinary schools of higher education in Zhejiang Province and have gone through the registration procedures.

II. Those who have passed or above in all subjects of the Academic Proficiency Test (APT) and at the same time have passed or above in the Comprehensive Quality Assessment (CQA).

Chapter VI. Application instructions and requirements

I. The language of foreign language examination for admission to the above majors is English. Except for the nautical specialties (navigation technology, engine engineering technology, marine electronic and electrical technology), which can be applied for at the same time, each candidate is allowed to apply for only one specialty, and all candidates will be admitted and prepared for admission to only one specialty.

Second, the physical condition of the candidates applying for the examination must be in accordance with the Physical Examination Standards for Admission to Ordinary Colleges and Universities and other relevant regulations.

1. The physical condition of the students applying for the seafaring specialty must meet the requirements of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications industry standard - "Physical Examination Requirements for Seafarers" (JT2025-93) and the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China's "Notice on the Adjustment of Requirements of Health Examination for Seafarers" (Hai Shipmasters [2010] No. 306). No. 306 of the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China. Majoring in navigation technology: height of 165cm and above, naked eyesight of 4.7 (0.5) and above in both eyes, and corrected eyesight of 4.9 (0.8) and above in both eyes; and completely normal color recognition. Majoring in engine engineering technology: height of 155cm and above, naked visual acuity of 4.6 (0.4) and above in both eyes, and corrected visual acuity of 4.8 (0.6) and above in both eyes; no red-green color blindness. Marine electronic and electrical technology: no red-green color blindness.

2, apply for international cruise ship crew professional enrollment conditions and requirements: female height 160cm and above, male height 170cm and above; decent features, no tattoos, face, neck, hands, no obvious scars, clear articulation, no color blindness, color weakness.

Chapter VII. Registration

I. All eligible candidates in Zhejiang Province are eligible to apply.

Second, the candidates to implement online registration, registration must be logged on the website of the Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Education and Examination (URL http://www.zjzs.net), according to the online prompts of the “registration process” for the registration of relevant procedures, the candidates must fill in the relevant content truthfully.

III. Specific written materials are listed below:

1. Zhejiang International Maritime Vocational and Technical College 2016 Application Form for Early Admission to Higher Vocational Programs (you can print it from the website of Zhejiang Education and Examination Institute after passing the audit, and it must be stamped with the official seal of the candidate's school);

2. Photocopy of ID card (front and back printed on a piece of A4 paper) and photocopy of the General College Admission Certificate;

3. A form of grades for each semester of high school, stamped with the official seal of the academic department of the candidate's school;

4. The results of the Senior Secondary Academic Level Examination, the results of relevant elective courses and the Comprehensive Quality Evaluation stamped with the official seal of the Academic Affairs Department of the candidate's school;

5. Provide a physical examination certificate issued by a local hospital at county level or above (the physical examination form can be downloaded from the website of the University's application for advance enrollment for higher vocational education). Candidates who do not meet the specialized physical requirements will not be allowed to take the comprehensive test.

Binding of materials: the written application materials will be bound in the above order, A4 paper standard, binding the application form as the first page of the materials, no need to make a separate cover.

V. Submission of materials: Candidates must send written materials by mail to the Admissions and Career Guidance Office (No. 268 Haitian Avenue, Lincheng New District, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, P.R. China, 316021), or face to face. Only accept postal express mail that is EMS, please do not use other courier companies courier.

Please mark “Application Materials for Early Admission to Higher Vocational Schools” on the envelope, and the application materials submitted will not be returned.

VI. Eligibility

The school conducts preliminary examination of the qualifications of the applicant candidates in accordance with the relevant application requirements and qualifications, and publishes the list of qualified candidates in the preliminary examination on the school's enrollment website, which can be accessed directly from the school's enrollment website by the applicant candidates.

Chapter VIII. Selection and admission methods

Our school early enrollment to candidates in secondary school comprehensive quality evaluation as a prerequisite, meet the requirements of the candidates can participate in the early enrollment test organized by the school. The test is divided into two parts, namely, the candidates' academic level test and comprehensive quality test, each of which is worth 100 points.

I. Academic level tests

The subjects of our 2016 Academic Level Test are Language, Mathematics, English, Information Technology and General Technology, which are five subjects in total, all of which are converted into standardized grades by using the grade of the corresponding subject of the candidate's Senior Secondary Academic Level Examination (SSALE) and then converted into standardized grades. The full score for each subject is 20 points. The specific grade of each subject is converted into the standardized score as shown in the table below:

II. Comprehensive quality test scores

Our 2016 comprehensive quality test by specialty is conducted in the form of an interview, which includes professional awareness (30 points), spoken English (20 points), language expression (20 points), instrumental appearance (10 points), and display of special skills (20 points).

III. Synthesis of candidates' results

Total score = Academic Proficiency Test Score x 50% + Comprehensive Quality Test Score x 50% is calculated and scores are retained to two decimal places.

IV. Admission rules and procedures

1. Admission rules. Among the candidates who have passed the medical examination, they shall be admitted on the basis of their total scores in accordance with the principle of admission from the highest to the lowest and with priority of volunteers until the admission quota is full; if the number of applicants is less than 150% of the planned number of candidates, the list of candidates to be admitted and the list of preparation for admission will be determined in accordance with the actual number of applicants, which is 85%; candidates whose scores on the Comprehensive Qualification Test are less than 60 points shall not be admitted. In the case of the same total score, candidates will be admitted in order of priority according to the scores of the comprehensive quality test and the academic level test. If the two scores are still the same, the candidates shall be admitted according to the scores of English, mathematics and language modules in the Academic Proficiency Test in order of priority. Candidates with relevant elective course credits or good grades in relevant elective courses in senior high school shall be given priority in admission under the same conditions.

2. Determine the proposed admission and preparation for admission ****. According to the rules of admission, in accordance with the professional enrollment plan 1:1 ratio to determine the “to be admitted” list; in accordance with the professional enrollment plan 1:0.5 ratio to determine the “ready to be admitted (including order number)” list (in the event that the number of people ready to be admitted to this profession is less than 0.5 times the number of plans (If the number of candidates to be admitted is less than 0.5 times of the planned number, the list of candidates to be admitted will be determined according to the actual number of candidates); and the candidates will be submitted to the service platform for advanced vocational enrollment designated by the Provincial Institute of Educational Examinations in the states of “to be admitted”, “ready to be admitted (including order number)” and “not admitted”. The candidates' admission status will be submitted to the service platform designated by the Provincial Education and Examination Institute for early enrollment of higher vocational schools.

Candidates may be admitted to more than one institution at the same time or be admitted to the same institution in different proposed and reserve programs.

3. Candidates select the schools for admission. Candidates can log on the service platform within the specified time to check the admission status of the institutions (majors) they have applied for. Candidates who are to be admitted can choose one of the institutions (specialties) as the result of admission. After the end of the round of selection, the proposed and reserve qualifications of other schools of the candidates who have been formally admitted will be invalidated. Institutions will follow the above process to fill the vacancies according to the order of preparation for admission. Candidates who have been prepared for admission will log in to the service platform to select their schools according to the admission process and after they have been converted into candidates for admission.

Candidates who do not log on to the service platform to select a school for admission within the stipulated time are considered to have automatically given up all the proposed admission qualifications for that time.

4. Admission procedures. The school determines the admission list according to the result of candidates' choices. When the program has been fully completed, or not completed but there are no more candidates to be admitted, the admission of the program is completed, and the school will handle the admission procedures in accordance with the regulations.

Candidates who have been admitted to our early enrollment will no longer participate in the subsequent types of general college enrollment in the current year.

Chapter IX. Organization of the implementation process

I. Registration of Candidates: from March 11 to April 5, 2016

II. Submission of materials: from the time of application to the deadline of April 5 (based on the local postmark);

III. School eligibility: April 8 deadline;

IV. Enquiry on qualification results: 3 working days after online registration;

V. Candidates check-in (on-site confirmation, payment of fees, signing of the integrity commitment, receiving the pass, familiarization with the venue): April 15, deadline 17:00 (subject to specific notification);

Sixth, the school test time: April 16-17 (subject to specific notice);

Seven, “to be admitted”, “ready to be admitted (including sequential number)” and “not admitted” to determine the admission status of candidates, and in the school's admissions website: April 29th;

VIII. Admission submission: May 7, to the Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Education designated by the early enrollment of higher vocational service platform to submit the admission situation.

IX. Completion of admission procedures: by May 30th.

Chapter X. Charges

Tuition fees: 6,000 RMB/academic year for the majors of navigation technology, turbine engineering and applied English; 16,000 RMB/academic year for ship engineering technology (China-Ukraine cooperation), and 6,600 RMB/academic year for the other majors (浙价费【2014】No.240).

Chapter XI Supervision of Admissions and Handling of Violations

First, the school selection and admission work in strict accordance with the principle of “openness, fairness and impartiality”, adhere to the standard, to ensure quality. (b) Candidates' fraudulent behavior will be dealt with seriously in accordance with Decree No. 36 of the Ministry of Education. Candidates with one of the following circumstances shall be recorded in their examination integrity file. If any of the following behaviors is found during the application stage, the qualification of application will be canceled; if any of them is found before admission, the qualification of admission will be canceled; if any of them is found after admission, the qualification of admission or school registration will be canceled; if any of them is found after graduation, the educational administrative department will declare the qualification and degree certificate invalid, and order to recover or confiscate them; if any of them is suspected of committing a crime, it will be transferred to the judicial organs according to the law.

1. Providing false name, age, nationality, household registration and other personal information, forging, illegally obtaining documents, certificates of achievement, honorary certificates, etc., to fraudulently qualify for registration and enjoy preferential policies;

2. Providing false materials in the comprehensive quality evaluation and related application materials, which will affect the admission results;

3. Enrollment under false pretenses, enrollment by another person*** or obtaining preferential status;

4. Other serious violations of college enrollment fraud.

Chapter XII. Bylaws

I. In the event of any inconsistency between these statutes and the relevant policies of the State, the relevant policies of the State and higher levels shall prevail.
