近日，泰州检验检疫局在对一艘来自印度尼西亚的煤炭船舶进行入境检疫时，发现某船员所持健康证涉嫌伪造。经核实，确认该健康证系伪造，检疫人员依据《国境卫生检疫法实施细则》相关规定，依法对其实施了当场处罚。
《健康证》是证明出入境人员健康检查合格的重要凭证。远洋船员持假《健康证》行为会严重影响口岸正常的出入境人员疾病监测，给传染病通过口岸传入传出留下重大隐患。为震慑、打击此类违法行为，泰州局一方面强化对远洋船员的传染病监测，检疫人员登轮检疫时严格审核中国籍船员的《健康证》，对持假或无效《健康证》的船员，监督其在规定时间内进行体检，另一方面提高检疫人员对***的辨别能力，发现可疑或伪造证书，当场收缴，及时取证，对事实清楚、证据确凿的作假行为，依照相关规定实施行政处罚。
