Recently, Wuhan Yirun Technology Co., Ltd. successfully secured the contract for the Yangjiang Offshore Wind Power Laboratory Equipment and Facilities Procurement Project, providing the laboratory with a complete set of offshore wind power safety prevention and control facilities and training systems. This project aims to meet the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Maritime Traffic Safety Skills Training for Personnel on Offshore Facilities of the People's Republic of China," establishing a domestically leading offshore safety skills training platform to deliver high-standard, professional safety training services for personnel in the offshore wind power industry.

This project encompasses multiple categories of critical equipment and services, primarily including:
Helicopter Underwater Escape Simulator——Realistically simulates maritime helicopter accident scenarios to enhance trainees' emergency escape capabilities.
Enclosed lifeboat——For self-rescue training in severe sea conditions, ensuring personnel master lifeboat operation skills.
GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System)——Enhance maritime communication and emergency response capabilities.
Marine Facility Watchkeeping Simulator——Through high-fidelity simulation systems, enhance the lookout and emergency response capabilities of on-duty personnel.
Simulated Fire Station——Simulate fire scenarios on offshore facilities, conduct fire drills, and enhance practical fire prevention and control capabilities.
Additionally, Wuhan Yirun Technology will provide comprehensive services including equipment installation, commissioning, and personnel training to ensure the system operates efficiently and delivers maximum training value.
Project Objectives
As a key offshore wind power research and training base in South China, the Yangjiang Offshore Wind Power Laboratory has introduced advanced simulation training equipment that will significantly enhance the safety skills of offshore personnel, supporting the safe and efficient development of China's offshore wind power industry. The project strictly adheres to relevant standards set by the China Maritime Safety Administration, with some equipment even exceeding industry requirements.
