I. Main equipment components

The main equipment includes: 1 set of integrated chassis (5 units), 3 mainframe computers, 3 24-inch monitors, 1 24-inch all-in-one computer, 3 graphic workstations, 5 LCD televisions, 1 set of ship's control console (including dual-car clock control, compass, follower rudder wheel, emergency rudder, control panel for the driving system, control panel for the side-thruster and the acoustic horn, control panel for the horn light and perspective switching, and control panel for the operation of the ropes and anchors), 1 set of simulation instrumentation system, 1 set of simulation instrumentation system, 1 set of communication simulation system, and 1 set of three-dimensional visualization software system. 1 set of simulation instrumentation system, 1 set of alarm panel, 1 set of VHF transceiver, 1 set of acoustic power telephone, etc.
二、Technical Requirements
1. Basic functional requirements:
1.1 It can meet the needs of engineering vessels including specific ship types 981 drilling platforms, 681 offshore oil support vessels, and the basic types of ship navigation at present, including dry bulk carriers, container ships, passenger ships, passenger ferries, tugboat fleets, ro-ro ships, high-speed vessels, liquid cargo ships, and river-going sea vessels.
1.2 Be able to meet the different scales of ship representation, including 100,000 gross tons and above, 100,000 gross tons to 500 gross tons, and try to cover ship models under 500 gross tons.
1.3 Can meet the requirements of practical examination in different basins of the ship (including the outer sea, offshore, and inland river basins such as the Yangtze River, Pearl River, etc.) and in different waters of the same basins (including bridge areas, lock areas, dam areas, ports, diversionary navigable waters, tidal reaches, mountainous rivers, and all kinds of restricted waters, etc.).
1.4 It should be able to meet the requirements of practical examination under different meteorological conditions (wind, rain, fog, snow, etc.), different water levels (flood level, mid-water level, dry water level), different tides (high tide, low tide, flat tide), different water current conditions (downstream, upstream), and ship encounters.
1.5 To meet the need to take into account the different characteristics of meteorological conditions, hydrological elements and navigational environments in different basins.
1.6 Ability to meet examination requirements under various examination programs, which include, but are not limited to:
(1) Operation of navigational aids and communication equipment;
(2) Ship maneuvering;
(3) Emergency response;
(4) Pilotage operations;
(5) Plot and read channel schematics;
(6) Application of collision avoidance rules and related regulations.
2. Detailed functional requirements:
2.1 The Teacher Staff Software System has the following features:
(1) Training program setup. That is, the preparation of a new exercise program, where the initial situation of the training program is pre-programmed and filed. There is no limit to the number. Any of the set exercises can be called up at any time.
(2) Training waters may be set up.
(3) You can set the ship type of this ship and other ships.

2.2 The ECDIS terminal has the following functions:
(1) Basic functions: chart roaming, automatic loading of charts, automatic splicing of charts, chart zoom, chart rotation, fast switching of different motion modes and display modes, background light adjustment, real-time display of navigation information, track display and prediction;
(2) Support for ENCs that comply with S-57 and S-63 standards;
(3) Chart installation and updating: basic chart information can be queried and displayed; the process of updating charts can be simulated;
(4) Chart display standardization: displaying chart symbols in accordance with ECDIS display standard (S-52 chart symbol display standard), capable of setting safety thresholds for safe water depth, shallow water depth and isobath, providing switching modes for displaying basic, standard and all symbols on the chart, providing isobath color setting and selective display of chart layers and switching chart modes in daytime, evening and nighttime according to the change of ambient light; providing complex boundaries and simple boundaries as well as selective display of traditional symbols and standard symbols to facilitate the needs of different users for safe navigation. (7) Route monitoring and voyage monitoring: automatic route monitoring and manual steering point selection monitoring can be carried out for loaded routes, and vessel yaw alarms, steering point arrival alarms, route destination arrival alarms, and special area arrival alarms are provided. Dynamic monitoring of the ship's domain can be carried out, and certain special zones in the navigation area according to the standard can be set, and the corresponding warning and alarm functions can be activated when these switches are turned on.
(8) Object query function: it can query the object query on the chart and the information query on the AIS object query. 2.3 The analog radar has the following functions:

2.4 The navigation instrument analog terminal has the following functions:
