浙江国际海运职业技术学院坐落在风景秀丽的“海天佛国、渔都港城”——浙江舟山群岛新区，毗邻国际大都市上 海，是一所以航海类专业为龙头，船舶工程、港口物流、国际邮轮乘务管理专业（群）为主体，涉海特色鲜明的公办高等职业技术学院。学校于2004年2月筹 建，2006年2月经浙江省人民政府批准、教育部备案正式成立，2009年通过教育部高等职业院校人才培养工作评估。近年来，学校的发展得到了各级政府部 门的高度重视，在社会各界的大力支持下，学校正努力建设具有国家示范水平的涉海特色高等职业院校。
学校占地约500亩，建筑面积11万平方米。现有全日制高职学生近5000名，成人教育学生1700余名。设 有航海工程学院、船舶工程学院、港口管理学院、海洋旅游学院、国际教育学院、东海教育学院、社科体艺部等7个教学单位。开设航海技术、轮机工程技术、船舶 电子电气技术、船舶工程技术（含中乌合作项目）、船舶动力工程技术、港口机械与自动控制、港口与航运管理、***与国际货运、国际邮轮乘务管理、应用英语、 工业机器人技术等25个高职专业，构建了全日制高职教育与非全日制学历教育、职业培训和技术服务并举的高等职业教育人才培养体系。
学校航海技术、轮机工程技术、船舶工程技术专业已列入省级优势、特色专业，拥有多门国家、省级精品课程和资源 共享课程，建有校内外实训室和实训基地200多个，其中两个为省级示范实训基地。学校教学科研仪器设备总价值8000余万元，教学、图书、科研、生活设施 齐全，拥有先进的船舶操纵模拟器等实训设备和海上训练基地等实训场所，是中国海员技能***武基地。目前开设国家海事局批准的各类船员培训项目22项，培训 船员总数超过12万人次。
学校确立“国际化、应用型、地方性”的办学定位，始终坚持“立足舟山、服务浙江、面向海内外”的办学方向，全 面推行ISO9001：2008质量管理体系和中华人民共和国船员教育和培训质量管理规则，是中国政府履行《STCW公约》的履约院校。学校是香港船东会 与中国大陆航海院校联络及合作网络院校之一，已成为国际航海教师协会等国际组织成员。

学校2016年普通高校招生计划1540名，主要面向浙江省普通高校第三批（含提前批）、单考单招考生招生， 同时面向安徽、贵州、河南、江西、江苏、湖南、湖北、甘肃等8个省份招收高职学生。学校2016年分省分专业招生计划以各省教育考试院（高招办）公布的计 划为准。

VII. Admission rules
1. Schools strictly implement the Ministry of Education and the provincial admission authorities on admission policies and regulations, enrollment work in accordance with the principle of “fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive assessment, merit-based admissions”.
2．根据各省招生主管部门按规定批次、投档比例提供的投档名单进行录取。对所有进档考生，根据专业志愿优先原 则，从高分到低分按照专业计划数依次择优录取。第一专业志愿不能满足的考生，按其第二专业志愿录取，仍不能满足的按其第三专业志愿录取，以此类推。当所有 专业志愿均不能满足，服从专业调剂的考生，将其随机录取到计划未满的专业，对于不服从专业调剂的考生，将予以退档处理。
3. 4. Relevant instructions and medical requirements

报考航海类专业要求身体条件符合交通部行业标准——《海船船员体检要求》（JT2025-93）和国家海事局 《关于调整有关船员健康检查要求的通知》海船员【2010】306号文件要求。航海技术专业：身高4125px以上，双眼裸视力4.7（0.5）及以上， 且矫正视力均能达4.9(0.8)及以上；辨色完全正常。轮机工程技术专业：身高3875px以上，双眼裸视力4.6（0.4）及以上，且矫正视力均能达 4.8(0.6)及以上；无红绿色盲。船舶电子电气技术专业：无红绿色盲。
Conditions and requirements for admission to the international cruise ship crew management program: height above 4000px for girls and 4250px for boys; decent features, no tattoos, no obvious scars on the face, neck and hands, clear speech, no color blindness or color weakness.
VIII. Academic structure and qualifications
The academic program lasts three years. Candidates who have passed the required years of study and passed the grades will be awarded a diploma registered by the Ministry of Education, and the academic diploma is of higher grade. According to the regulations of the State Maritime Administration, students majoring in seafaring can take the national unified examination for the certificate of competency of third mate, third officer and electronic electrician of the corresponding seagoing vessels.
IX. Tuition
根据浙江省物价局、浙江省财政厅、浙江省教育厅《关于规范和调整公办普通高校学费的通知（浙价费【2014】 240号）》精神，经物价部门批准，我校三年制高职学费标准：航海技术、轮机工程技术、物流管理、商务英语、应用英语五个专业学费标准为6000元/年； 中乌合作办学项目学费为16000元/年；其余专业为6600元/年。以上学费标准均不包括职业技能考证相关费用。
